Chelsea Peers was co-founded by husband-and-wife duo Tom and Lara Pyne, who launched the business in 2012 after spotting a gap in the market for high-quality, accessible sleepwear. Tom serves as the Managing Director, steering the company's commercial growth from a solo bedroom venture into a global brand, while Lara played a pivotal role in shaping its early visual identity and hand-drawn signature prints.
