Situated within the elegant, open-air setting of Kildare Village near Dublin, Unit 55 was transformed into a high-energy, immersive boutique that champions the future of luxury. Unlike a standard outlet store focused on excess inventory, No.55 was designed as a discovery-led concept store. The space is utilized to bridge the gap between independent, sustainable designers and a high-spending international audience, focusing on a curation of conscious luxury that prioritized ethical production and unique craftsmanship over mass-market trends.
The aesthetic of the space reflected a signature blend of industrial chic and high-end minimalism, designed to be modular and agile to support a variety of brand stories. The unit functioned as a cultural hub rather than a mere transactional space, hosting a series of social events such as Meet the Founder sessions and personalized styling workshops. This approach allowed customers to engage deeply with the heritage and sustainability credentials of each designer through integrated storytelling zones.
