Almora Botanica was founded by Ravi Prasad, a lifelong student of Ayurveda and former CEO of Himalaya Wellness, one of the world’s largest Ayurvedic medicine companies. After three decades immersed in the science of natural healing, Ravi set out to bring the benefits of Ayurveda to a global audience through modern, research-backed formulations. He is joined by co-founder and Chief Technical Officer Dr Deeleep Rout, who previously led natural product development at L’Oréal. Together they built Almora on the belief that ancient plant wisdom, properly validated, can outperform the synthetic shortcuts of conventional skincare.
