Opium Corseted Puffed Mini Dress by Storm Label, available at Lone Design Club. This elegant Opium puffed skirt mini dress is made in a matte black fabric edged with black velvet with corseted top. The skirt is filled with tulle to create the perfect puffed skirt effect. Hidden zip closure at the back.
