OUR MISSION

Our platform curates the next generation of social media, digital brands into curated physical spaces.  We connect you to ethical, independent fashion + lifestyle brands, empowering the world to discover transparent and unique clothing and accessories.

HOW IT STARTED

Lone Design Club was founded in May 2018 as the result of emerging international fashion + lifestyle brands uniting with like-minded businesses in rising up, taking control and shaping the future of retail.

It started by creating short term concept stores appearing for 1-2 weeks at a time, first around London and then internationally, where designers are in-store telling you first-hand accounts of how the product was designed and made. Experiences and events followed, allowing designers an intimate outlet to tell their story and the audience a chance to interact with topics ranging from sustainable fashion to individual empowerment and entrepreneurship. Shortly after, Lone Design Club launched its online store, giving their community a new avenue to further relationships that is open 24/7.

For digital brands, having a physical space to sell their products is key. It gives you, the shopper, the opportunity to see, touch, feel and try the collections before deciding if you will purchase. With the future of shopping landscape ever evolving, we have made it our mission to empower more and more online brands into physical retail spaces to help you as conscious consumers disocver and shop the next generation of global talent. Both physical and digital platforms allow consumers to discover + shop from independent brands with traceable and mindful practices, selling exclusive and one of a kind items incomparable to that on the high street. To shop consciously, knowing the story behind every purchase.

A portal to our community of independent designers, open anytime, anywhere. Each designer in the Lone Design Club community is available on our online store, with exclusive glimpses into their design process and inspiration featured. The selection of designers constantly evolves as new brands join.

Our boutiques are constantly popping up in new + exciting neighbourhoods in the middle of the action. Each boutique is open for a minimum of two weeks at a time, curated to a neighbourhood, a unique story just for you.

EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

Our boutiques are an immersive experience and host a range of events. From speaker panels to intimate interactive workshops, designer meet & greets, and personal shopping, we explore topics from fashion sustainability + tech to entrepreneurship and empowerment.
