LDC Activates is a branch of Lone Design Club which emerged from COVID-19 to better support, innovate and modernise the property sector whilst also getting the most out of their empty units. The program is the first of its kind and is now live at Grosvenor’s Liverpool ONE. 

Liverpool ONE has commissioned the innovative LDC Activates program to revamp a traditional and uninspiring way to present a vacant unit whilst it is transitioning hands. This creative and digital innovation will enable Liverpool ONE to capture critical customer sentiment and behavioural insights via QR code technology, whilst utilising empty space.

Using cutting edge, emerging digital native DTC brands and incentivising customers with a gift voucher to be spent at Liverpool ONE, LDC Activates will collect critical data and analytics that Liverpool ONE needs to learn from the shoppers. What brands do they want to see here? Who do they look to and follow for trends and inspiration? For the high street to not just survive but thrive, it needs to innovate and be relevant. This data-capture, tech-enabled windows host surveys and information to ask the shoppers.
