1. Brand Partnerships Coordinator
Lone Design Club is seeking a Brand Partnerships Coordinator to build relationships and connect with exceptional brands across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and wellness. This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual who thrives on fostering a dynamic community of innovative, sustainable, and independent brands while ensuring their success through Lone Design Club’s retail opportunities.
You will play a key role in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with brands, focusing on creating a strong and supportive community within the LDC ecosystem. Combining sales expertise with excellent relationship-building skills, you’ll help brands thrive across our pop-ups, digital platform, and other activations.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Brand Community Growth: Identify, pitch, and convert aligned brands to join LDC’s physical and digital activations. Leverage your industry network to grow the LDC brand community and connect with innovative, independent businesses. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and build a thriving brand community.

Brand Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands, acting as their key point of contact within the LDC community. Ensure brands receive seamless onboarding and consistent support, contributing to their success.

Community Building & Engagement: Foster a sense of community among brands, encouraging collaboration and participation in LDC initiatives. Actively engage with the brand community to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with LDC’s mission.

Operational Coordination: Oversee the delivery of brand activations, including store participation, product curation, and customer engagement strategies. Work closely with internal teams to ensure activations run smoothly and brands are supported throughout the process.

Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor sales performance, gather feedback, and track engagement metrics to enhance brand success and community satisfaction. Report regularly on progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth within the brand community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in sales or brand-facing roles, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or wellness sectors.
- Passion for building and fostering a supportive brand community.
- Strong eye for identifying aligned brands and products, with the ability to pitch and convert leads effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric and collaborative approach.
- Existing industry network and relationships to bring into the LDC community.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Proficient in tools like Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and comfortable analysing performance data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

2. ADHOC - LUXURY FASHION SALES ADVISORS
These roles are adhoc and part time - ideal for someone looking for part time casual work with the prospect of building into a more permanent role in the future. The store pops up for 2 weeks every month predominantly in London, and across the UK and we are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join the team and help run these stores alongside our Community Managers.
The role focuses on giving the absolute best in customer experience, friendly and helpful, communicating the LDC story, the brand's stories, sharing our purpose and mission proudly. All customers that come through our doors are entering our family, need to be welcomed and looked after in the best possible way.
- Experience in Luxury or Premium goods sales is a must, not necessarily fashion.
- A Social, people-person who enjoys meeting and interacting with customers is a must
- Confidence in opening/closing the store, managing and overseeing the store alone, making decisions and dealing with multiple clients at one time.
