BRAND CURATOR

You will work closely with our designers in meeting, onboarding and supporting them as they grow with Lone Design Club. A step on from traditional retail - working within our brands team, you will work across our physical and digital channels to ensure the Lone Design Club aesthetic is consistent and cohesive in store and online. Per pop up store you will be; part of the brand selection process and onboarding, managing the relationship between LDC and each of the designers, supporting on the store visual merchandising and product curation and giving the best customer experience possible. The role focuses on understanding exactly what our customer wants in their online and offline shopping journeys and ensuring we have the right brand and product mix to satisfy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Brand curation and onboarding.
  • Brand relationship management.
  • Brand research.
  • Brand correspondence - emails and calls.
  • General administration and upkeep of the brand database and resources.
  • Reporting, data analysis, measuring.

CREATIVE CONTENT AND STORE DESIGN PRODUCER

Oversee the creative direction and aesthetic of the LDC brand across all aspects of the marketing, store and visual aspects of the business. The Visual Merchandiser/Store Designer will conceptualise, establish and implement monthly store concepts, impactful window and in-store displays:

  • Creating concepts in 2D and 3D
  • Responsible for overall content ideas, creation and execution
  • Liaising with marketing and wider team to ensure content is on brand and consistent across all channels
  • Overseeing and input in photoshoots / creative direction and digital marketing
  • asset creation and management
  • Overseeing the sourcing/creating of materials and equipment for each store
  • Making sure all logistics for visual props/tools are in place ready for each store set up/de-install.
  • Working hands on to create a unique and stimulating store environment.
  • Ensuring designers visual needs are met when installing the pop-up, but keeping the store consistent with the LDC identity.
  • Maintaining the visual standards of the pop-up each day when the store is live.
  • Helping to ensure the successful and swift de-install of each store.
  • Visual merchandising of the stores and support across online
  • Graphic design creation for the website, eventbrites, etc.        

E-COMMERCE + DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

The E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end e-commerce and digital side of the brand. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the day to day running of the website, ensuring the accurate display of product information, promotions and all assets across the site to support digital marketing strategies across all digital platforms (e-commerce platform, virtual stores, ‘phygital’ and physical stores, social, events).  The successful candidate will be comfortable setting, exceeding and fluently reporting (to all stakeholders) on KPIs and growth targets.

This is an ideal role for an individual with proven experience in online retail to play a pivotal role in the delivery of an ambitious digital growth strategy. We are looking for a sharp personality who will own their role in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial atmosphere and compliment the skills of the CEO and COO and who strives for ownership and the ability to grow with the business.

The successful candidate will:

  • Own + grow the ecommerce P&L
  • Overall maintenance and regular merchandising of our website, being responsible for all products, categories and pages on site, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Define and manage the seasonal e-commerce strategy to drive traffic and sales.
  • Provide weekly forecasts for individual KPIs drawing from sales history, company strategy and current trading patterns, re-forecasting as and when required
  • Analyse campaign metrics and take necessary action to continually improve performance
  • Manage online catalogue, uploading new season product information and data, photography and editorial - working closely with our designers to ensure maximum shop-ability for the site.

  • Manage the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive profitable sales, grow brand awareness, and acquire new customers
  • Ensure product information, site UX and SEO (onsite and offsite) are optimised in order to drive sales and refine user experience
  • Manage and evolve all-round customer service and website policies to ensure first class service

Essential Skills + Experience:

  • Experience in e-commerce (building and growth) digital marketing and technology
  • An understanding of web design and web analytic software 
  • Knowledge of SEO, Metadata and digital marketing techniques, including Google AdWords, Google Shopping, and affiliates. 
  • Analytically strong and numerate, with working knowledge of Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Experience with Shopify or similar 
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work to deadlines and meet agreed targets

Preferred Skills + Experience:

  • Experience in the luxury Fashion sector
  • Working Photoshop/ InDesign knowledge

ADMIN AND ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin/Accounts Assistant to complement our dedicated team. The position will be a hybrid working role, based partially at our London office and we are looking for somebody to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will need to engage well with others and work well as part of a small team. You will need to be punctual and reliable and be able to build rapport with external supply companies just as much as you’re your own colleagues.

As an Admin Assistant you will need to have a good level of computer skills, literacy and numeracy. You will also be required to have excellent organisational skills, have an ability to problem solve through logical thinking and a desire to learn new things.

As we are a small team, it is not unusual to be asked to partake in occasional tasks which are outside of your job role, to help the company run smoothly.

A knowledge of Xero would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering administrative emails and arranging meetings across the working calendars of our CEO and COO
  • Processing purchase invoices & input using Xero.
  • Occasional help with picking and packing small orders
  • Assist with monthly stock take for all areas of the business
  • Make all AP payments
  • Bank & Petty Cash Reconciliation
  • Assisting with the daily upkeep of established social media pages
  • Assisting other members of the admin team with day to day roles including filing and general office duties

Knowledge and experience:

  • Previous office admin experience essential
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of Xero is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to manage their own time and prioritise tasks

    BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

    We are growing our brand relationship and account management team and are therefore looking for an experienced, strategic and dynamic Brand Partnerships Manager to lead the growth and strategy for our Brand and Curation Departments. 

    As a lead across all things brand; Relationships, partnership account management, sales and retention, you will be responsible for overseeing the buying and merchandising team. You will be responsible for scouting, onboarding, trading and driving forward our brand portfolio to deliver business growth for Lone Design Club. This is an ideal role for an individual with proven experience with the Sustainable Fashion and Luxury/Premium Retail industry.

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for building relationships with new brands to LDC as well as nurturing and supporting ongoing brand partnerships and growth. 
    • Work closely with COO to plan and manage brand relationships and department growth.
    • Agreeing seasonal trade targets and objectives with key brands, ensuring performance is well communicated and obligation is shared to deliver results
    • Overseeing and coordinating global scale projects across all LDC pop ups and online e-commerce.
    • Working closely with Store and Digital teams to successfully oversee and execute multi-channel product and brand launches
    • Organising and travelling to attend key brand appointments where necessary
    • Create and nurture beneficial relationships with the brands, harvesting special product and animation where possible
    • Ensuring that all brands onboarded are signed off in accordance with LDC protocol, sustainability vetting system and understand the terms in working with us. 
    • Directly manage and develop one team member to ensure processes are well managed and brand relationships are successfully maintained and optimised to support the brand.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Demonstrated ability to build strong brand relationships
    • Good commercial knowledge and extremely product and sales focussed
    • Strong strategic and analytical skills
    • Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional team
    • Must be able to use Excel to a good standard (eg. Pivots, formulas, formatting)

    MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

    The Marketing Executive will manage the day-to-day marketing for Lone Design Club’s online store, pop-up shops, and events series. We are a collaborative team and this role will be expected to work closely and communicate effectively with LDC’s E-Commerce Assistant, Events Manager, and Brand Curator/Store Manager to make sure that all work is cohesive and efficient, for maximum impact. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the day to day social media execution, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and print marketing to support marketing strategies across all platforms (e-commerce, virtual stores, ‘phygital’ and physical stores, events, podcast, etc). A good understanding of LDC’s brand aesthetic and industry alignment is key to success in this role. A key focus will be driving community and relationship building with our customers and followers across all platforms, emphasising the warm, friendly, transparent ethos of LDC. The successful candidate will be comfortable adhering to and fluently reporting (to all stakeholders) on KPIs and growth targets.

    This is an ideal role for an individual with proven experience in marketing to play a pivotal role in fast growing startup. We are looking for a sharp personality who will own their role in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial atmosphere.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and manage email marketing campaigns and drive subscriber growth. 
Analyse product performance, customer and site data using Google Analytics to improve ROI.

    • Work closely with Head of Digital, PR and Creative Director on social media content creation and strategy to help grow sales and ensure all channels and brand messaging is aligned. Responsible for all social media execution. 
    • Execute strategic print marketing to drive store foot traffic and digital customer retention. 
    • Develop key and on-brand influencer relationships, being the point of contact for content and social campaigns. 
    • Lead the execution of LDC’s quarterly marketing campaign photoshoots.
    • Work closely with Graphic Designer and Creative Director to lead the visual identity of LDC, understanding our core brand aesthetic and adapting it to all channels.
    • Complete monthly marketing reports and present results to the team.
    • Work with graphic designers / photographers / creative team to create engaging visual content for all digital channels. 
    • Led by the Head of Digital, liaise with our partner agency to manage content and copy for digital ad campaigns.

    Essential Skills + Experience:

    • Experience in marketing (preferably within fashion)
    • Social media strategy and implementation experience across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok)
    • Comfortable being on camera, from Instagram stories to TikTok and YouTube
    • Content creation, including photography skills preferred
    • An understanding of LDC’s brand aesthetic
    • Working Photoshop/ InDesign knowledge
    • Knowledge of SEO 
    • Experience working with Google Analytics
    • Analytically strong and numerate
    • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing software
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Able to work to deadlines and meet agreed targets

    ADHOC - LUXURY FASHION SALES ADVISORS

    We are always on the lookout for passionate, social and driven individuals to join our selective network of store managers and sales associates to continue the LDC customer experience in all of our stores London and UK wide.

    These roles are adhoc and part time - ideal for someone looking for part time casual work with the prospect of building into a more permanent role in the future. The store pops up for 2 weeks every month predominantly in London, and across the UK and we are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join the team and help run these stores alongside our Community Managers.

    The role focuses on giving the absolute best in customer experience, friendly and helpful, communicating the LDC story, the brand's stories, sharing our purpose and mission proudly. All customers that come through our doors are entering our family, need to be welcomed and looked after in the best possible way.
    The successful candidates will have:
    • Experience in Luxury or Premium goods sales is a must, not necessarily fashion.
    • A Social, people-person who enjoys meeting and interacting with customers is a must 
    • Confidence in opening/closing the store, managing and overseeing the store alone, making decisions and dealing with multiple clients at one time. 

    FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

    We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to support across digital and in print content creation. You will be reporting to the head of marketing and content, but interact with everyone across the company, from retail to marketing to social media. You will be able to work from a brief, company aesthetic guidelines and produce graphics for our social media, website, events, and pop-up stores. This includes web and print.

    Candidates should possess the following skills/qualities: 
    • A strong background in typography and proven graphics experience demonstrated through a relevant digital portfolio of work.
    • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc) knowledge is required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    • The ability to work to deadlines and meet agreed targets.
    • Video editing experience preferred but not essential.
