At the heart of the business is the LDC Clubhouse, where brands can sign up for free to discover retail opportunities, apply for spaces and grow with confidence. Driving brand sign-ups to the Clubhouse is our core north-star metric and the foundation of everything we do.

As LDC enters a new phase of growth, we’re looking for a Marketing & PR Manager to lead how the LDC brand shows up across content, PR and storytelling — and to ensure we are consistently attracting the right brands into the community.

This role works closely with the Founder and Growth Lead and is focused on turning LDC’s momentum into visibility, trust and demand from ambitious brands.

  • Ensure all marketing activity ladders back to sign-ups and growth

4. Execution leadership

  • Brief and manage freelancers (content, video, design, email)

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered consistently and to a high standard

What success looks like

  • Brands understand what LDC is and why they should join

Who you are

You’re likely:

  • From fashion, retail, PR or consumer brands

  • Commercially minded — you care about what converts, not just what looks good

  • Confident shaping narrative and managing delivery

You understand how brand, PR and growth work together and enjoy building something with momentum.

3. BRAND SALES & PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

Location: London (Hybrid) | Full-time | Immediate Start

Lone Design Club is hiring a dynamic, commercially driven Brand Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead our brand acquisition efforts across our growing portfolio of pop-up and concession spaces—including CO.LAB (Cardiff), Local Hero (Brighton), and other high-profile locations.

This is a sales-first role for someone with experience, energy, and a genuine passion for helping emerging brands grow through physical retail. You’ll play a pivotal part in expanding our brand network and driving occupancy across our sites, acting as a key connector between exciting independent businesses and retail opportunities that fuel their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Deal Closing

  • Identify and reach out to fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and wellness brands aligned with our ethos.

  • Confidently pitch our spaces and services, showing how LDC can supercharge their retail and customer engagement.

  • Manage the full sales funnel—from outreach and brand discovery to closing deals and processing contracts.

Brand Platform Engagement: The Clubhouse

  • Direct brands to The Clubhouse, LDC’s central platform, where they can browse and apply for all live retail opportunities—from curated multibrand stores to solo activations across the UK.

  • Ensure brands are correctly onboarded to the platform, have active profiles, and are applying for relevant opportunities.

  • Champion platform usage as a key part of their retail growth journey, using data and insights to recommend the best space matches.

Account Management & Brand Success

  • Build trusted relationships with new and existing brands, guiding them through onboarding and setup.

  • Work closely with our marketing and ops teams to ensure each brand maximises its experience and impact in-store.

  • Act as a key point of contact for brand partners, ensuring their long-term success across LDC locations.

Network Growth & Community Building

  • Leverage your industry contacts and knowledge to introduce exciting brands to the LDC ecosystem.

  • Proactively build relationships with relevant founders, PR contacts, sales agents, and communities.

Insights & Reporting

  • Track conversion rates, brand revenue contribution, and activation success metrics.

  • Regularly report on pipeline health and provide insights to inform brand strategy and operational improvements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-4+ years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or brand-facing roles in fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.

  • A confident closer who thrives on building relationships and hitting targets.

  • Strong communication and pitching skills—you know how to sell value, not just space.

  • An understanding of the challenges and opportunities independent brands face in retail.

  • Highly organised, with strong pipeline management and reporting skills.

  • Bonus if you already have an industry network or previous experience with pop-ups, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS.

Why This Role Matters

Our mission is to make retail more accessible, agile, and data-driven for the next generation of brands. You’ll play a direct role in achieving that—matching the right brands to the right spaces and helping them succeed through curated physical retail experiences, powered by our centralised Clubhouse platform.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join Lone Design Club at a time of growth, leading brand sales across our expanding portfolio of retail spaces. You’ll connect innovative, independent brands with the right platforms to thrive—driving commercial success while shaping the future of physical retail.
