A rubber base and top made from vegan recycled materials provides the perfect anti-slip grip and protection for all yoga practices. They are longer and wider than average yoga mats and the wetter the mat gets the grippier it is, making it perfect for hot & Bikram yoga. If you don't sweat in yoga, it is advised you spray the mat with water before you start to activate the the top layer grip.
