ABOUT THE BRAND
Maqu creates classic clothing with a timeless aesthetic. Their priority is to have sustainability integrated throughout their business from sustainably sourced materials and climate-neutral shipping to using Greenpeace Energy electricity in their studios and locations.

We have created the LDC values in the form of our three symbols that explore the mindful, traceable and transparent processes and practices that our brands adhere to and stand for, to help you discover how the products are made and make conscious choices.

Maqu uses GOTS certified cotton, Lyocell/Tencel and carefully-sourced Alpaca wool. They maintain a zero waste approach and prioritise repurposing dead stock fabrics and off cuts.

Maqu wool is sourced from local Alpaca shepherds in Peru and the garments are handmade in Berlin.
