Delivery + Returns

• You will be charged shipping per brand, that will be calculated at checkout. 
• Standard shipping is FREE for all orders with a total order value of £75 and over delivering in the UK, and a flat £5 for all orders with a total order value under £75.
• EU standard shipping is a flat fee of £15 to all countries outside of the UK.
• International (US + rest of world) standard shipping is a flat fee of £20 to all countries outside of the UK.
• We offer express delivery depending on the brand, please go to our Shipping + Returns page to find a breakdown of costs depending on your location.
• 14-day return policy. Free returns for orders shipping to and from addresses within the UK.
• If orders are shipping from the EU or internationally, please expect customs fees, as these are the responsibility of the customer. If you want to find out of your order is will incur these fees please contact us at support@lonedesignclub.com
