Designer ready-to-wear label Szabo Sihag was established by Meghna Sihag and Krisztian Szabo in 2019. It is a London-based luxury clothing brand. Inspired by Indian Craftmanship and heritage, Szabo Sihag aims to provide millennial women with experimental silhouettes and unique designs.
Szabo Sihag is feminine, playful and exotic. The resemblance to traditional Indian wear such as Ghaghra, sari and draping of dupatta can be seen in our silhouettes. Szabo Sihag represents a unique perspective of India and its heritage.
We have created the LDC values in the form of our three symbols that explore the mindful, traceable and transparent processes and practices that our brands adhere to and stand for, to help you discover how the products are made and make conscious choices.
This brand work with small, independent and family-run workshops.
Their embroidery comes from India from family-run businesses where embroideries are hand made using traditional craftsmanship. This helps to provide fairly paid work for local artisans and to help to preserve local artistry by creating demand for hand embroidered garments.
SZABO SIHAG ensure that sustainability is prioritised from production to delivery, using high-quality materials sourced from local businesses. Fabrics when possible are made of recycled materials. Leftover materials are used for new collections.
