THE DESIGNERS
Juliet Sherwood founded MG Rivers with the simple aim of providing menswear with the power to bring happiness to the wearer. Sherwood believes injecting pops of colour into her garments are the key to achieving this.
ABOUT THE BRAND
With the philosophy that colour can offer liberation, MG Rivers pushes an element of energy into their pieces, whilst keeping it soft, warm and appropriate for any occasion. Offering a sense of britishness and heritage with a modern spin, colours are thought to add stories and create moods for the wearer. Merino wool from New Zealands ‘happiest sheep’ is spun with longevity and great quality in mind.
We have created the LDC values in the form of our three symbols that explore the mindful, traceable and transparent processes and practices that our brands adhere to and stand for, to help you discover how the products are made and make conscious choices.
MG Rivers only works with mills which run on green energy and recycle heat and water within the plant.
MG Rivers ensures all female garment workers are paid above minimum wage.
