On the 19th September We-Resonate x LDC presents The Rethink Gathering, inspiring a sustainable you. Talking wellness, fashion and work.
We’ll be addressing our need for satisfaction in our lives and where we go to seek it.
The Founder of We-Resonate, Lizzie Clarke, talks to 3 great thinkers, strategists and innovators passionate about balance, connection and opportunity.
We’ll talk fashion, wellness and fitness, as well as new thoughts on how to make money. You’ll be welcomed into a calm energising space, invited to clear your mind, ready to absorb a revitalising atmosphere of colour therapy and other activities to engage your senses.
The space is part of the LDC concept store, who believe in empowering community and experimental experiences, come early to browse the collection.
We’ll cover topics such as how to live smarter, not harder and conclude London fashion week by addressing how we can benefit by choosing how to spend our time, money and energy conscientiously.
We’ll end with a Q+A to the speakers and ask for conclusions from the audience, building connections. There will be a giveaway, raising money for and chance to network, to conclude the evening.

Having studied in Rishikesh under the Sir Sushant Pandey, respected yogi to the stars including Oprah Winfrey and Uma Thurman and being a born ‘med-setter’ (think of a trend setter but way more mindful), Natasha uses ancient yogic techniques, biocompatible colour therapy and an understanding of the 21st-century psyche to encourage profound shifts. The chromatic 60 minute sessions will work with your natural biorhythms, brainwaves, prana and breath to restore equilibrium and balance back into the brain and body. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, your mind, body and meditation practice will be transformed.
