THE FOUNDER

Gautami has always had very sensitive skin since childhood, so she found her best friends in the ingredients readily available in the kitchen. While in Sweden, she was overwhelmed by nature and how deeply it was embedded in the culture and everyday life. She started using local ingredients to make some formulations for herself and soon enough for people around her. The formulations worked well for others and began to spread by word of mouth. In 2019, she decided to move back to India and take SKÖG to the next level.

ABOUT THE BRAND

SKÖG is an ecoluxury skin care brand which is all natural, toxin free and gender neutral. All SKÖG products are gender neutral that are all Researched in Sweden and hand made in India. The brand uses exotic ingredients like Birch Sap (Water tapped straight from Birch trees only 4 weeks a year) and Cloudberry (an arctic super berry) which come straight from Sweden. All products are PETA certified for being Vegan and Cruelty free as well as all the preservatives used are natural certified, therefore, their products are as natural as a skincare product can get. 

All the ingredients used are of the highest quality.

They are produced and procured in ethical and sustainable ways.

All preservatives used in products are naturally certified.

SKÖG have pledged to not use any ingredients derived from animals nor test any of their products on animals. They are proudly a cruelty free and vegan brand certified by PETA.

Furthermore, you will not find any paraben, artificial fragrances, sulphates, silicones, petrochemicals or phthalates in their products.
