91% Econyl thread, a recycled nylon from fishermen’s nets
Jessica Lemarié-Pires, the founder and creator of Kymina was inspired by her daughters love of swimwear to create the perfect mother, daughter affordable swimwear collection, with sustainability at its core.
Kymina Swimwear handcrafts timeless, elegant and sustainable swimwear that aims to suit every body type. Pieces are made in London from Econyl, a recycled thread made from old fishing nets, offering a second chance for a highly discarded material that is the number one threat to the ocean. Each piece is named after an iconic woman of out times such as Eva Longoria and Elle Macpherson, aiming to empower any woman who wears it.
We have created the LDC values in the form of our three symbols that explore the mindful, traceable and transparent processes and practices that our brands adhere to and stand for, to help you discover how the products are made and make conscious choices.
