Founded by Emirati designer Arshia Alam, in her hometown of Dubai, unlocking human creativity to drive positive change in her local community was always at the forefront. Through the medium of garments Alam communicates her messages of hope through the future, letting the craftmanship and quality do the talking. Since launching Alam has received the titles of Best newcomer (designer) at the London's inaugural WorldFashionAwards, Swarovski Innovations Awards and Award for the Finalist designer at Dubai Expo 2020.
With the aim of driving purpose with every wear, ARSHYS works towards raising awareness and social issues through positive messaging within the design of their contemporary womenswear garments, with the hopes to bring about change. Not only do they tackle social issues but also environmental, encouraging slow fashion with their capsule collections which are ethically made, locally, in Dubai.
We have created the LDC values in the form of our three symbols that explore the mindful, traceable and transparent processes and practices that our brands adhere to and stand for, to help you discover how the products are made and make conscious choices.
