Abigail Ajobi graduated from UAL with a degree in menswear design, she took her technical skills and her experiences of growing up in London immersed in a mixture of rich cultures to influence her life's work, her unisex streetwear brand Ajobi. Many of the themes within her designs are based around race and culture, shedding light on issues through fashion.
ABOUT THE BRAND
Abigail Ajobi collections help to contribute towards social awareness and brings issues such as race and inequality to the forefront through print based streetwear designs. Limited pieces are made with longevity in mind and with social enterprise at its core, using profits to give back value and money to the communities the garments represent.
We have created the LDC values in the form of our three symbols that explore the mindful, traceable and transparent processes and practices that our brands adhere to and stand for, to help you discover how the products are made and make conscious choices.
Abigail Ajobi garments are made from dead-stock fabrics to reduce waste.
Abigail Ajobi drops do not follow the traditional fashion seasonal calendar, this helps to promoye longevity of clothing and its lifespan in customers wardrobes.
